The second winning screenplay, BARBER'S CROSSING has been accepted in the prestiges PHOENIX FILM FESTIVAL And a lot of the cast and crew will be attending. We will report back if we come up with any awards... or get arrested. Because of the length of this short we will be unable to load the entire film on this site for now,but, will have a trailer up soon and link to where it may be viewed in it's entirety. YOU'RE REALLY GONNA LOVE IT!
BARBER'S CROSSING turned out to be a 30 minute short. We are very proud of being able to bring this wonderful script to a finished production despite all the problems we had getting the film finished, (see Diary of a Mad Filmmaker.) We will update as this film is accepted in various festivals and THE AWARDS we know it will be winning.
First place winner for the third short screenplay contest is... AUTONOMY (formally titled "Death Cab For Cutie") by Stuart Creque. It is in the can and being edited now.
Our fourth contest winner "Prisoner Of Love" is in pre-production. Keep coming back here for all the details. We are already having a problem finding "Harlem" in Los Angeles. This should be fun!
